Seabank Protection Room

NICAP Upgrade to Existing Protection

• Installation of NICAP Protection Modules / Multicore / GPS / Telecommunications
• Installation and Testing of fibre optics
• Removal of redundant equipment
• TP144 Site Management
• Commissioning TP141 of new protection

Project Highlights


Despite several technical obstacles to overcome, pre-outage and outage was able to be given. Installation and commissioning work was completed in line with the programme, circuits were signed off and Return to Service was achieved in line with customer expectations.
